「牛響度」與「巧得鍋」同一屋簷下|Uncle David 由東涌出發 (第二季)

一週內拜訪這間「牛響度」麵館兩次,除了是有任務在身之外,就是受店主榮哥的創意及口語化改店舖名稱所吸引,更對他的不屈不撓精神敬佩萬分。位於同一屋簷下的另一餐廳「巧得鍋」(英文名是”How Awesome?” 中英文名合起來總算是絕配吧!)而這屋簷正是觀塘成業街 15-17 號成運工業大廈 1 樓 12-14 室。

I visited the “ 牛響度” noodle house twice in a week, not only because I had a mission, but also because I was attracted by the creativity and colloquialism of the shop owner, Brother Rong, and his indomitable spirit. Another restaurant under the same roof is “Qiao De Guo” (The English name is “How Awesome?” Both Chinese and English names are a great match!). This roof is located at 12-14, 1st Floor, Chengyun Industrial Building, 15-17 Chengye Street, Kwun Tong.

我們剛接到使命快速地為「巧得鍋」引入 iCHEF 系統,接替他們合約剛結束的另一系統,時間是我們當時的敵人,但慶幸在這特式火鍋店享用豐富的團體晚宴時,系統暢順地運作,大家對他們的椰青雞鍋、龍蝦及其他海鮮火鍋至今仍是念念不忘!

We just received the mission to quickly introduce the iCHEF system for “How Awesome?”, replacing their other system that just ended its contract. Time was our enemy at that time, but fortunately, the system worked smoothly while we enjoyed a rich group dinner at this special hot pot restaurant. Everyone still remembers their coconut chicken pot, lobster, and other seafood hot pots!

疫情後的香港經濟比預期復甦得慢,加上北上消費的競爭,晚飯生意受到很大的衝擊,逆境自強的榮哥有效率地引入新產品系列,較低價格及受大眾歡迎的牛肉麵類別食品,以「牛響度」系列推出,顧客反應熱烈,午餐時段紛紛到店捧場。我們一班同事也跟隨著 Rocky 過來湊熱鬧,在餐單上選了鮮牛肉刀削麵、蠔仔煎蛋配白飯等,還點了炸地瓜(蕃薯)、炸大腸、炸雲吞等小食作試食,榮哥就點了碗招牌麵,坐下來陪我們一同享用。我每道菜都試了一點點,主力是享受點給自己的蠔仔煎蛋,對各款菜都非常滿意!

The economy of Hong Kong after the epidemic is recovering slower than expected, plus the competition of consumption in the north, the dinner business has been greatly impacted. Brother Rong, who is self-improving in adversity, efficiently introduced new product series, beef noodle category food that is lower priced and popular with the public, launched with the “Niu Xiang Du” series, and the customer response was enthusiastic. Many came to the store for lunch. Our colleagues and I followed Rocky to join in the fun and chose fresh beef knife noodles, oyster fried eggs with white rice, etc. from the menu, and also ordered fried sweet potatoes, fried large intestines, fried wontons and other snacks for tasting. Brother Rong ordered a bowl of signature noodles and sat down to enjoy with us. I tried a little bit of every dish, mainly enjoying the oyster fried eggs I ordered for myself, and was very satisfied with all kinds of dishes!

值得一提是榮哥接納了我們建議給他的復甦意見,在規劃推出新產品的同時,已正式申請了政府的科技卷,預期一年後可獲批資助投放在相關合適的科技消費之 75%。其實 iCHEF 已協商了專業顧問團隊全力與任何 iCHEF 客戶協作進行整個申請程序,及後投放 iCHEF 規劃開發的整套餐飲項目,包括軟件、硬件、其他相關器材及服務在內,都合資格列入資助範圍。顧問團隊會指導客戶完成每一步驟的申請工序,直至獲批科技卷為止。

It is worth mentioning that Brother Rong has accepted our suggestion to give him recovery advice. While planning to launch new products, he has officially applied for the government’s technology voucher. It is expected that he will be approved for funding to be invested in relevant and appropriate technology consumption by 75% a year later. In fact, iCHEF has negotiated a professional consulting team to work with any iCHEF customer to go through the entire application process, and later to invest in a complete set of catering projects planned and developed by iCHEF, including software, hardware, other related equipment and services, all of which are eligible for funding. The consulting team will guide customers to complete each step of the application process until the technology voucher is approved.
